UPDATE: We are offering FREE SHIPPING to our customers in Australia & New Zealand for the month of June 2014.

Orders to anywhere in the world above the value of $200NZD will also receive free shipping.

For orders below $200NZD, shipping fees for customers outside of Australasia are $35NZD.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping will take anywhere between 2 - 6 working days.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also.

To return your product, you can deliver or post it to: Nick von K, La Gonda Arcade, 203 Karangahape Rd, Auckland New Zealand 1010. Securely repackage your item. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Yes we do. Email us with your concept!

There's a Nick von K piece that I want, but it’s not on the website. Is it available?

It might be - sometimes we are out of stock, but you can email us and ask if we’re getting it in again soon, or you could commission your own custom design inspired by that out-of-stock piece.

I’m buying a ring. How do I make sure it’s the right size?

You need to get your finger sized and let us know what size you are. You can size your finger in millimetres using a piece of string around your finger then measuring it; or you can enlist the help of a jeweller. When you’re purchasing your ring through the website and filling out the PayPal form with your address, there’ll be a “notes” section where you can add the ring size information. If you forget to do that you can also email us after the purchase with your finger size.

What are the dimensions of the piece I want to buy?

We’re working on listing this information on our product pages, but if it’s not there yet, feel free to contact us and ask.

I’m ordering a necklace, does it come with a chain?

All necklaces come with a 75cm sterling silver chain with a sterling silver NVK tag, unless otherwise specified.

Does my order come with any packaging?

Every NVK piece comes in its own velveteen, stamped pouch. When you order your piece online we’ll send it to you very well protected and bubble wrapped.
